Returns & Exchanges Policy

At STAMPA PROMOTION, the satisfaction of our professional customers is a priority. As we specialize in the production and printing of products upon request, we apply a specific policy for returns and exchanges, which we invite you to read carefully.

Returns of Printed Products (On Order)

• Returns are not accepted on products that have been produced or modified specifically for you.

(e.g. logo printing, custom clothing, special orders).

• These products are considered personalized and are not resold, in accordance with commercial and consumer legislation.

Changes due to Defects

In case you receive a product with:

• Factory defect
• Wrong item or color compared to the confirmed order
• Defective or incorrect printing (in relation to the previous written confirmation)

You are entitled to a free replacement or credit towards your next order, if:

• The problem must be reported within 3 working days of receipt.
• Send us photographic material and the invoice or shipping note
• The product has not been used

Other General Points

• No changes are made to products due to a change of mind after receipt.
• Before production, we send a mockup for approval. The responsibility for any spelling or design errors after approval lies with the customer.
• In case of order cancellation after the advance payment and before production, the amount is not refundable, but may be held as a credit for future use (upon agreement).
